CitiCopp TES-AMM (CTA) is joint venture between CitiCopp Holdings and TES-AMM Envirocorp Pte Ltd.   The company was incorporated on 3 March 2009.  

CitiCopp Holdings Pte Ltd is an associate company of CitiCopp Recycling GmbH—a Hamburg based plastics waste plastics export company.  CitiCopp Recycling GmbH procures waste plastics in Germany and supply to the recycling companies all over China.  The product include LDPE 98/2 films, PP big bags, ABS, HDPE, PS/PP flower pot, PET bottles etc.  It has a representative office based in Zhongshan China to handle sales and customer services.  

TES-AMM Envirocorp Pte Ltd is a multinational e-waste recycling and recovery company.   The company collects e-waste through its global network of 23 subsidiaries and recycle them in 3 locations - Singapore, Penang and Shanghai.  Precious metals such as gold, platinum and silver is recovered from the e-waste with environmentally friendly technology.  

The joint venture company, CTA, is responsible for the sales of waste plastics collected.  There are plans to recycle waste plastics into resins before exporting to China.  

CTA operates within the TES-AMM Singapore Pte Ltd’s 170,000 ft² facility at No. 9 Benoi Sector, Singapore.
